Diar Family Wellness Studio

Diar Family Wellness Studio is one of the architectural projects designed by Barabar Groups, shaped through a human-centered and socially driven approach. The main design idea was to create a safe, calm, and welcoming environment for women of all ages, redefining wellness beyond physical activity into a space for comfort, belonging, and intergenerational coexistence.

The architectural layout allows seniors, mothers, and children to be present simultaneously without compromising functionality or users’ sense of ease. Spatial zoning is defined through soft and fluid boundaries, encouraging continuity rather than separation. Children’s play areas and mothers’ training spaces remain visually and functionally connected, fostering interaction. The project also includes a café area, locker rooms, restrooms and showers, and a dedicated entrance, all designed to accommodate maximum user capacity efficiently.

Material selection, natural lighting, soft color palettes, and gentle forms, combined with flexible spatial organization, shape an environment that responds to users’ needs while supporting mental calmness and meaningful human interaction.
