Do Bar Building
“Do Bar” is an office–commercial project by Barabar Groups located in Karaj, whose name and identity are inspired by its corner site, a building with two fronts engaging the city from both directions.
The six story building includes four office floors, each containing two units. Each unit is designed with a distinct visual identity and color palette to emphasize diversity, functional clarity, and spatial individuality. The ground floor accommodates the lobby and reception, along with two commercial units that contribute to the character of the facade.
The rooftop hosts a roof garden with an independent unit and a glass meeting room, providing a calm and open environment that offers a different spatial experience for work and gathering.
Design Process
The facade is shaped through neutral tones and clean lines, while orange elements introduce rhythm and visual contrast. A plant placed within an orange box on the third floor balcony becomes a focal point, strengthening the relationship between interior and exterior and adding a lively gesture to the urban context.
